A Friend Needs Our Help!
Below is the letter we received this morning about the terrible break-in & theft that happened to Jeff Johnson. (Jeff generously donated two of his songs to the Paranormal Soundtrack, and now we have a chance to help him in his time of need. See "donate" link at the end of the letter.)
We were at FBC Houston this weekend. Had a great day yesterday with 3 amazing services. After the third service we went out to eat with some friends. When we came back out to our van we were shocked and sick to our stomachs to find out that it had been broken into. All 4 of our backpacks had been stolen with all 4 laptops, cameras, microphones, ipods, wallets, credit cards, keys, etc... Basically wiped us clean of everything in the van. We could not believe it. So, after filing a police report, it was clear that the police can't do much to help at this time. After learning that our commercial policy on the van doesn't cover anything, we were more discouraged.Also, our homeowners insurance does not cover the theft for business related items stolen. So, we were left today with an estimated $14,000 worth of stuff gone, and no money to replace the items.Many of you have asked how to help. The greatest help you could offer us right now is to spread the word that we have opened a donation site where 100% of your contributions will go to replace the items taken that allow us to continue in ministry.
